From Singer Users

Choir Creator may receive personal information contained in “Customer Content.” Customer Content is any data a Singer User uploads to the Choir Creator platform connected with use of the Service.

Such Customer Content may include personal information that is part of an “educational record” as defined by FERPA.

Student Users

Student Users are not permitted to create Creator Accounts, but may be provisioned the ability to join projects as a Singer User from a Creator Account User exclusively for educational purposes. Creator Account Users are responsible for obtaining any parental consent necessary for use of the Services by Student Users, including children under the age 13.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or it may be simply stored on Your device.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We do not share personal information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to accomplish Choir Creator’s functionality.

Maintaining the confidentiality, security, and integrity of personal information is a top priority.  We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Customer Content is encrypted in transit between any devices and at rest when in permanent storage in the Cloud. Submitted Singer Content, such as their name and recorded video, is only decryptable by the project’s Creator Account. Creator Account’s project Content, such as audio or video reference tracks, is decryptable with the project password.

Data Retention

Choir Creator retains Creator Account Users’ and Singer Users’ personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Creator Account Users are encouraged to delete submitted Singer Content from the Cloud and local devices after its purpose has been fulfilled.

You may access or change Your information or delete Your account by contacting support in the Choir Creator app.

We may delete your information at any time and for any reason, such as technical needs, legal concerns, abuse prevention, removal of idle accounts, data loss, or any other reason.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
